The Mansion Kalipado

Built in 1908, the 19th century architecture of The Mansion is the perfect canvas for those looking for something different. The Mansion is encompassed by nature with an archway of magnificent trees leading up to the venue, which captures the light so gracefully and makes for amazing wedding shots. The Mansion is a private area, which would just be for you and your wedding party, the ceremony takes place on the amphitheatrical steps in front of the antique door.

The wedding package, based on a minimum of 40 persons, includes

• Private hire of the venue
• Matching flowers in 2 amphorae's & 8 lanterns by the side of the outdoor steps
• 40 Catering chairs for ceremony and venue
• Decorated bridal car for bride’s arrival plus transfers for your guests
• Bride's bouquet & matching buttonhole for groom (choice of colours)
• Bride’s hair (& trial) plus bride’s make-up (& trial) with mobile hairdresser / make-up artist
• Sound system for ceremony and speeches
• Video shoot during ceremony and evening events
• Variety of soft drinks, beers (x20), soda (x20) & 7 bottles of champagne
• Decorated reception area (select up to 15 items from the decoration package), top table/round tables with white table cloths
• Decorated one-tier wedding cake & 30 cupcakes (to match your colour theme)
• Buffet selection for 40 persons (3 choices of starters, salads, main meals & garnishes), 10 bottles of house wine
• Live cello duet for 2 hours and DJ for 3 hours

To be pre-paid in the UK

• Wedding planning & administration fee (including assistance of  the overseas wedding co-ordinator in resort, pre-wedding & on wedding day)
• Legalisation by FCDO of all documents you need to obtain plus translation fee
• Wedding venue hire & set up fee for wedding reception (when applicable)
• Registrar’s fee & ‘call-out’ fee for ceremony at the venue
• Wedding certificate
