  • We understand that the date and time of the wedding is subject to change in resort.
  • We understand that, in line with their own booking conditions, hotels reserve the right to change the venue of the function if required, or in adverse weather conditions.
  • Should we need to cancel, we agree to pay Planet Holidays the cancellation fees as shown on the Planet Weddings ʼ website and as advised to us at the time of cancellation and/or as advised at the time of booking according to the venueʼs booking conditions.
  • We understand that the deposit paid to Planet Holidays and/or to the resort/venue is, in all events, non-refundable.
  • As all original documents that need to be sent overseas to obtain the special marriage licence will not be returned to you, we recommend that you obtain ʻcertified copiesʼ, therefore enabling you to keep your original documents.
  • To ensure that our Wedding Co-ordinators overseas are able to liaise with all suppliers (including florist, photographer, entertainment, etc.) on the day of your wedding, it is a condition of booking that all ʻwedding extrasʼ are booked through Planet Holidays.
  • If the bride and/or the groom is under 18 years of age, please enclose for each applicable party a written consent of the father (if deceased, consent of the mother. If both deceased, consent of the Legal Guardian).
  • NO wedding can be confirmed until the signed ʻMarriage Applicationʼ form is received by Planet Holidays.
