Liopetro Venue Kouklia

Located in the village of Kouklia (about 10 minutes from Paphos), Liopetro Venue is part of one of Unesco's World Heritage sites due to its importance during the Roman period when it was the centre of activities of 'Koino Kyprion', a nationwide religious organisation responsible for preparing and carrying out all ceremonies relating to the worship of Aphrodite and various other Gods as well as the Roman Emperor.

Also good to know is that Liopetro allows bookings for just the reception (minimum of 20 persons and conditions for minimum overall spent apply). Always best to have both on-site, in which case the hire of the reception venue with white linen covered chairs will also be included (other options are available at a supplement).  By opting for the full package,  the bride and groom have daytime access to the wedding suite at Liopetro, thus giving them the opportunity to get ready on the premises.

Cocktail Parties & Wedding Receptions

Options for your reception are plentiful and menus available will be supplied to you. From cocktail parties on the lawn to toast the bride and groom to delicious selections of canapés plus a choice of buffets and elaborate menus, there's everything on offer to delight your guests. And to ensure a true party atmosphere, music is permitted until midnight.

The wedding package includes:

• Exclusive hire of the venue with wedding ceremony taking place around 4pm
• Ceremonial table
• Wooden bistro-style chairs (extra charge applies for chair sashes)
• Globe string lights (floor lanterns, tree lanterns and other decorations can be arranged at a supplement)
• Use of the ‘Wedding Suite’ on your wedding day

To be pre-paid in the UK

• Wedding planning & administration fee (including assistance of  the overseas wedding co-ordinator in resort, pre-wedding & on wedding day)

To be paid (in euro) in resort

• Marriage licence
• Registrar’s fee & ‘call-out’ fee for ceremony at the venue
• Wedding certificate
• Wedding venue hire & set up fee for wedding reception (when applicable)
