Complete with a Renaissance cloister and Baroque staircase, this top-class hotel sits in the town of Tavira which, despite the influx of tourism in the Algarve,  it has retained much of its historical character. It is also only 35km east of Faro airport.

Getting married at Pousada de Tavira Hotel gives you the opportunity to choose various venues for your ceremony depending on the number of guests. Once you have exchanged your vows, your reception can be organised outdoors on the patio or indoors in the Conventual Room. And no matter where you select to have your  special day, all locations guarantee wonderful backdrops for your wedding photo album!

A fee is charged for the exclusive use of either the Cloisters (that can accommodates up to 260 persons) or the use of the Conventual Room. Music is permitted until 11pm, subject to prior arrangements and approval.

Pousada de Tavira Hotel has 36 rooms including superior rooms and suites. There's a restaurant, a bar, an outdoor pool (and a children's pool). A relaxing massage can also be arranged for you to enjoy pre or post wedding.
