Close to Hersonissos and sitting by a long sweeping sandy bay, Creta Maris  Resort is a 5-Star option for your wedding day and honeymoon. The maximum number of persons attending the ceremony and celebration is 20 and all guests must be residents at the hotel.

• The Byzantine Chapel: A favourite nuptial venue where a beautiful rose arch and outside seating are included.
  
• Plakoura Beachside Area: This paved terrace by the waterfront is available from 6pm.
• (*) Please note: The official civil wedding ceremony takes place at the local Town Hall.

Cocktail Parties & Wedding Receptions

Following a cocktail reception included in the wedding package, a reservation can be made at one of the thematic restaurants within the hotel for all guests ( not private).

The wedding package includes

• Honey and walnuts, sweet delicacies, sparkling wine  & welcome gift upon  arrival for the wedding couple
• Room upgrade for the wedding couple (decorated on wedding day)
• Use of wedding ceremony venue with rose petals, wedding arch with roses, Bridal Bouquet and Groom Buttonhole, 2-tier wedding cake for up to 20 guests.
• Cocktail reception after ceremony including sparkling wine, red & white wine, juices & traditional canapés
• Breakfast, including sparkling wine, in room after wedding night
• Spa treatment (60-minute local speciality massage) for wedding couple during their stay at the hotel
• Complimentary late heck out - upon availability
• Cretan style flower arrangements at the ceremony table
• Honey & walnuts for the couple at the ceremony table
• Carefully selected music for the walk down the aisle and the ceremony finale.
• Reservation in one of the thematic restaurants of the hotel for all guests after the ceremony ( not private) 

To be pre-paid in the UK

• Wedding planning & administration fee (including assistance of  the overseas wedding co-ordinator in resort, pre-wedding & on wedding day)
• Legalisation by FCDO of all documents you need to obtain plus translation fee
• Wedding venue hire & set up fee for wedding reception (when applicable)
• Registrar’s fee & ‘call-out’ fee for ceremony at the venue
• Wedding certificate
