Ta’ Frenc Restaurant is an attractive wedding venue on the small island of Gozo. It is a converted farmhouse that sits within beautiful gardens where we’ll arrange for your civil ceremony to take place. Once all the required paperwork has been discussed, we’ll be able to suggest to you the special features that can be organised on your behalf. From bridal flowers to wedding cake, photographs, hairdresser and even a horse-drawn carriage ride if you so wish, we’ll take care of everything.
But of course, the focal element when choosing to get married at Ta’ Frenc is the restaurant’s exquisite menus, fine wines and stunning settings where your reception can take place.
This renown establishment, well patronised by locals (Gozitan and Maltese) and recipient of
the ‘Best Overall Restaurant in the Maltese Islands’ award, provides a choice of elegant dining
venues indoors, including the Wine Cellar (up to 36 persons) with its huge banquet table;
Hubert’s Hall, a private dining room (for up to 22 persons) with a large fireplace and beautiful chandeliers plus France’s Hall, a splendid room adorned with works of art by local artists and
ideal for 40-60 persons. If you’d rather have your reception outdoors, the large terrace faces
the gardens and surrounding countryside. This perfect wedding venue is further enhanced by
the choice of accommodation we can offer you for the start of your married life to be as carefree
and as enjoyable as possible - and as our range of properties is varied, your guests and relatives need not stay in the same location as you!
